In order to achieve the effect I plan on having for the front cover of my digipak I needed to play around for a bit with Photoshop and actually see how I could do it. I realised that I had to crop the image three times and layer it behind the main one, once that was done I had to add a neon effect to the back two images - one was a red neon effect, the other a green one. You could also control the contrast and brightness of the effect.
